We love event catering and when it comes to BBQ Catering, we believe it shows, not just in our food but also in our equipment and our service. Our New Trailblazer BBQ is designed to make your event seamless and stylish

We arrive onsite and set up in your desired area with our 3x3m gazebo and BBQ. The Majority of the food is prepped in our kitchen and then we set up a nice buffet display of your chosen sides, all the sauces and trimmings needed we then cook all the meats to order onsite.

Once everyone is fed, we clean down and leave the space as we found it
